Wonder if He Cares Whether the Fish are Biting?

Had an early appointment the other morning in a neighboring city and as I was crossing the bridge looked down the river at the fog. By the time I was finished, most of the fog had burned off, but this much remained making a nice scene with the lone fisherman.
