Or rather - my tale of woe! Weather forecast today was for sunny blue skies (showed up at 4:30) and tomorrow all day rain and high winds. So drove out - even knowing it was too early for much and spent 5 hours hunting anything that had any fall color. Came home and had to use my laptop to download them, found about 22 I liked enough to keep. When Nancie woke up (she works nights) I transferred them to my desktop and lost 21 of them. This was the only shot left. What I did I do not know!! This ranked probably #19 of the 21, but what's a girl to do! This was it for the day.
I'm so sorry to hear about the lost photos- so it's not the photo that you wanted but it's the photo you had. It is a nice wall of color though- and more than we have up here for the most part.
That's so frustrating! Those shots may just be hiding somewhere on your computer but how you set about finding them I wouldn't know. We have a facility called Finder on ours that enables us to locate 'lost' files providing we know their names/numbers.
But you have captured some glorious colour here, beautiful!
Wow lovely fall colours!
That’s frustrating when you can’t find your photos they must be on your computer somewhere do a search for the day that you download them.
This has never happened to me they are always in my downloaded file.
Or do have it set up to download into
Lightroom?
So sorry. It is so frustrating when that happens. I recently lost 5 years of photos when my hard drive and external back up both died, but so it goes. The color in this photo is amazing!!
