The sharpening of pencils may sound like a dull topic, but there is actually a lot more to it than you think. There are a number of different sharpening styles and methods; the trick is (like in photographie) using the right one at the right time.

I have a sharpening pencils problem - well really it's more just something I love doing than an actual problem - so this photo is calling me! But in addition it's beautifully captured Mona, I love the detail on the shavings. Love this!
