2017-06-12 drama at sunset

Planned something else for today. But then, when I walked down to the lake for an evening swim, the sky showed some drama.
Incredible colors!

@terryliv Well yes, I know it is rather boring to swimm in deep and clean fresh water. We unfortunately to not have the fun and thrill of currents, dangerous tides, kingwaves, sharks, marine stingers, etc.. But if you refer to the temperature, I swum into much colder water in Australia, still also with all those hazards, it is much better than our lakes.

I was indeed referring to the temperature. :-)

Love the colours in your sunset.

You said "SWIM" really.... is it even warm enough to do that now? The sky & colours are beautiful Mona, it's an amazing view for a swim. :)

what an incredible sky

@novab Hi Nova, yes it is really warm enough, it takes a while to warm up, as our lake is 400 meters deep, and it is not the Carribean, but still nice. We have temperatures somehow around 28-32°C, which is already to warm for me, and the top layer of the water is something around 21-22°C. Wonderfully refreshing.
