2019-08-25 details of the parade for the ESAF (3)

My city is host of the ESAF Eidgenössisches Schwinger und Älplerfest, that takes place every 3 years in a different part of Switzerland. Its a huge traditional event. These are the last pictures form the parade.

Top left: Children in the traditional everyday dress, and the cherry baskets.

Bottom left: Oldest autobus in Europe. This vehicel brought travelers from Zug to the elevated little villages.

Bottom middle: Alphorn players

Bottom right: A traditional trychel group, griving away evil spirits...

Meanwhile we found the Schwingerkönig, the winner of the festival. Thank you for your interest, tomorrow I will move on with my normal flow of pictures.
