Flash of red month 2021 N°15 / Theme week 3: Portraits
Well, I rarely do portraits. Somehow I have the feeling, I will never achieve to capture the pure soul of the person, so I do not even try.
And as most of us, I do not meet any people at the moment, so I will go to the archives and look, if I find anything, that is interesting in black & white. (I'm not looking forward to this week!) But it is nice to browse trough pictures, and let myself beeing embraced in memories with family and friends. And thats good enough at the moment. Other than this, I had to go with my pepper faces, or letting Xia pose every day.

This is lovely! Out of curiosity, are you intentionally going from high to low key across the week? It’s creating an interesting visual effect in the monthly view 🙂
@northy Oh, you are the first one noticing (except Nova @novab). Yes I do! Much harder, than I thought, it would be. The midtones are driving me crazy. But I hope it pays out, at the end of the month.
