When I fell down those last two steps on Saturday, my only witness was my budgie - Little Miss Stevie - and all she did was hang off the side of the cage looking at me as though to ask: 'What the heck are you doing down there?'
Now, when I go to talk to her, she licks my nose and blows kisses at me as though to ask if I'm okay now. Such a cutie. :)

@elizabeth Yeah it is, isn't it? And yes, I'm going well now. Been walking around more as the rest in the morning and afternoons for about 3 hours each time has worked a real treat. And I've been able to have my foot under the covers of my bed now instead of leaving it stuck outside of it and freezing it off. :P
