Dandelion Wine

I was at the bus stop the other day when I spotted this 5ft tall stand of Dandelion weed and just had to take a photo of it.

It reminded me of the book Ray Bradbury wrote about his summer as a child where his Grandfather made Dandelion Wine - a strong wine that was made from the weed - and is the name of the book. And there is a use for the Dandelion Root as well... this would be the plant you'd be looking for. But I don't know how to use it properly.
