Fruit Salad Summer Delight

Last night, I was eating my fruit salad for dessert and thought it would be nice to make some for Christmas Eve Dinner at Gabe and Kat's house.

So, this morning, I walked down to The Big Apple and bought up 2 Mangoes, 6 Kiwi Fruits and a couple of Nectarines and peaches and 2 bunches of seedless grapes and made this gorgeous fruit salad. It's in a massive bowl - big enough to have some for the next day for lunch if we don't eat it all tomorrow night.

But we probably will!

@bkbinthecity Oh! It is! I've been making one very similar to have for dessert every night in this heat... and it makes dark chocolate and cooled green tea taste jsut wonderful! :D

I have a large bowl of home made fruit salad in the fridge, and I love to have some in the evenings.
