Colourful Chard

I have been eating different kinds of food lately with the Mad Hatter Company symbol on it. This is one of them - of colourful chard... I used some of it in my cannelloni... and had to cut off the stalks; but aren't they all the colours of the rainbow?

Personally, they look like boiled lollies to me up close like this. :D
