Praying Mantis

I found this lovely female Praying Mantis on the shade mesh next to my car; and put her on a tree. She sat still long enough to have me take this photo.

@kali66 Yes. She got weirded out about being handled, but realised slowly that I had placed her in the prime position on a tree where there were plenty of green things to eat.
