Sunrise at Waihi Beach

At the beach at 5.30am this morning with @alinz to take sunrise shots. Lovely morning and we had the beach to ourselves.

I love Wahi beach & the cafe/restaurant there...had many a meal at that place! Can't wait to go back next year! My son & his wife have a small Bach at Whiritoa, another lovely beach though not as safe.

@happypat Waihi is lovely, and safe for swimming, but I prefer Whiritoa myself - that's one of my favourite beaches along that bit of coastline.
