New Zealand's All Blacks had a record breaking win in the Rugby World Cup Final this weekend (kick off was at 5.00am this morning for people in NZ!). This is the first time the World Cup has been won by the same country twice in a row. The ABs were awesome to watch.
This sculpture of a silver fern is outside Countdown (a supermarket) in Hamilton and is also the symbol on the ABs flag.

@julzmaioro It was indeed - very exciting. The ABs are amazing athletes and the tries they scored were outstanding. And I'm glad that Dan Carter got to play in this final - he did really well.
@dide Thanks Dianne. I found it quite difficult to get this at a good angle without it looking too much like a love heart - this was the best I could manage but I still think it looks a bit "leaf" like rather than "fern" like, lol!
