Tilly often just sits and waits patiently while I snap away with my camera. Today she'd been watching some cows when the sun came up and she turned and looked at it - a photo op not to miss. She watched the sunrise for a while but whether she was actually looking at it, or that's just my romantic notion of what a dog thinks and she'd actually seen something move in the grass, I don't know.
Sorry to put up yet another sunrise/sunset shot but they're so lovely at the moment and different every day.
WOnderful capture of this special moment. Our Charlie is very patient with me too as a photo buddy. DOn't you love it and wonder what goes through their minds at moments like this. SO well capture. Hope this goes in a frame! FAV of course
Really love your pov and comp, the light rays from the sun, and of course, Tilly. It's interesting to try and imagine what is going through a nonhuman mind, but we can never know for sure, any more than we can know what's going through another human mind. What's in my mind just now is that I find this shot very fav-worthy.
