The sun has gone down on 2015 and we've welcomed in the New Year in NZ. I wish everyone a very happy, healthy and fun 2016.
In this photo the sun has literally just gone below the horizon. I took some shots of it going down but the sun was a bit bright and out of focus. I also took some later on but I couldn't seem to get the settings right to capture the lovely pink and red colours - my photos were too orangey.
Happy New Year Nick, just watched the fireworks from the Sky tower! We were under that three years ago, you couldn't move for people so can just imagine!
