I was taking some photos of my sunflowers before school this morning and turned round to see my girls were watching me from their bedroom windows!
Can't believe I'm a whole week behind in uploading. And the coming couple of weeks are going to be just as bad because we're organising a charity art and photography exhibition for our village.
@tramway Thanks Bev. The exhibition is a local fundraiser that's being held at Te Kauwhata Rugby Club on Friday 18 March (5.00pm to 8.00pm) and Saturday 19 March (11.00am to 4.00pm). Entry tickets are just $5 for adults and $2 for students/children (can pay on the door). All proceeds are going to a local charity. Would be great to see you there if you can make it. We've had about 240 entries, about two thirds of which are photos. They're mostly from the TK community but some have come from outside including Auckland, Pukekohe, Pokeno, Huntly, Taupiri and Hamilton.
Thanks @emma78 and @tristansmum. My girls aren't twins but they're only 14 months apart and now they're 14 and 15 they're about the same height. Lots of people get them mixed up. @888rachel Haha, no, two girls who look similar and even more so when they're in their school uniforms.
I hope to make it. We have a family wedding Friday afternoon & relatives staying over Friday night, but should be able to get there once they leave on Saturday. Will get an announcement made at our camera club tomorrow night as well.
@tramway Thanks for making the announcement Bev. Which camera club do you belong to? Hope a few people can come along - the more the merrier... and the more money we'll raise, lol!
