Baking

I baked all day today. Eleanor's hockey team is having a fundraising cake stall tomorrow morning. The money raised will go towards the cost of a tournament they're competing in at the end of August/beginning of September. I had to sample everything to make sure they were worthy of sale and the best things are the cranberry shortbreads - very yum! The cupcakes are St Clements flavour. I'm not a very good baker or cake decorator but this lot turned out OK and hopefully someone will buy them!
