Auckland Council has put up quite a few of these frames at tourist spots around the city. They're very popular with people who climb onto them to take photos.

@alophoto @wordpixman @paul10 @rickster549 These frames are great. They're very big so people climb onto them and stand inside the frame. I'll have to go back in the summer and get another shot with people standing in it to demonstrate :)
