On our "water" trip we visited Bridal Veil Falls, near Raglan, on our way home. The waterfall is 55m high and cascades into a pool that's 5m deep. It's in a pretty setting amongst native bush. There's a short walkway down steps to viewing platforms at three different levels but we didn't go right to the bottom this time.
