Wintermoment by northy

Wintermoment

The snow hardly lasts in Toronto anymore... it's already starting to melt...

Playing with my Chrissy prezzie - a new WIDE lens :) of course, i still did a considerable amount of cropping - but it was lovely having so much to play with!

Another winter shot in my other album...

Thank you for the comments, suggestions and support on my recent photos... I can't believe I've been at this almost one year!
Beautiful

Beautiful composition. Just what you would have expected from a wide lens, a lot of foreground. And with the great 180 degree curve, it is done brilliantly. Also, the relatively narrow f/stop, everything is focused and in balance. The two figures are superbly placed! Fav.

The road looks awfully slippery and is reflecting the trees nicely!

Loving this... such a beautiful winter scene, and love the older couple walking together :) Wide views are fabulous, are they not?

Oh congrats. So much fun having new toys to play with. I love the sweep of the road xx

Wonderful..wide angle is great. You can have some of our snow if you like. I went off road to take a shot of some ice on a tree and it was up to my waist. I almost didn't get out!
