about the light

there really is no excuse for this image other than the light... i added split tones for the dogwood challenge... i rather like this particular mix (sepia and aqua) although i expect others will prefer the one i used a couple days back (tangerine and aqua)... i'll be interested to hear your feedback if you are so inclined...

I like this a lot. I found two other ecent shots that you've tagged split tone . I like this better than either of them. Not too fond of the jarringly colourful tree in the corner of one of them, the other I like better, but sort of agree with your "too much pink" tag...my thoughts, for what they're worth. I think I prefer real subtle use of split tones in most cases.
