So it is possible. It is raining incessantly over here and i wanted to shoot the rain (the day you were asking how to shoot the wind). So i really need to give it a try.

@monikozi Just notice that this is very light rain and whimsical wind that blow the drops in different directions. Shutter speed was 1/30s. It’s really worth to try it.
