Whenever I wade into the pool to begin my exercises I notice the ripples that move over the water. Today I decided to risk the camera and photograph it. Much has been said throughout the years on how our good deeds can cause a ripple effect which spreads from our immediate sphere of influence to those beyond. Today's picture reminds me that the converse can be true too. These ripples have distorted the original reflection and so can we, if we send a negative thought or deed out towards others. So in my little pool of life, I've determined to follow the command of Colossians 3:17; that should cause the right ripple effect!
