Ambiance

Be it ever so humble, there's no place like home.

In the evening when I go outside to bring the bird feeder in for the night I love to turn and look back at my little house with that warm, orange glow coming from the windows. It's simple and small but just right for two of us. These days we have the added bonus of Saturn lighting up the evening sky. The loving and comfortable ambiance of my home is one of the things in life that I am most thankful for. I hope you feel the same way about yours.

it looks warm and cozy inside. this is the kind of home a weary traveller or a lost person would knock upon to ask for direction, or a glass of water. you just have that notion and would bet on a chance that the people there are kind and helpful. (of course nowadays we are careful about opening our doors to strangers, or the stranger would also be wary in his/her own mind.) but great shot for ambience. i like it, ann.

Excellent shot! I love the lighting and the fact you got a planet in there... It could be Venus though. I always google which planet is out bright at night if I get one... I'm hoping mother nature will be nice to me tonight. I've been trying ever since I took my Orion shot but it's been cloudy every single night since!
