Happiness is moving your books back on to the book shelf in your newly painted living room.
Working with the idea of expressing a mood or feeling in today's shot. I realize it's a personalized shot, which was a no-no in Freeman's exercise, but I'm sure Mr. Freeman never had his books stacked in a back room for 3 months, completely inaccessible. Believe me, putting the last book back in place this morning was truly a cause for celebration!! Had a little fun with the processing to pull out the "happy" and I promise to be more serious tomorrow- maybe.
What fun! Definitely conveys a feeling of celebration and pure happiness. And books are part of the mundane challenge too though I'm not sure if it started today.
ah hahaha. very cute. i love how you pulled out the happy ann. and cause for celebration yes! i have SO many, many, many and not enough shelves for them all, so i would be ecstatic as well!

Nice shot, Ann ... cool processing too. Glad that your books are finally back where they belong! I still can't believe I gave away my entire collection to a shelter. I love the color of this photo and the pattern of the funky flower thing. Well done.
@prttblues Thank you Bev! That is a good thing you did with yours. I should pare mine down by half but I am such a sentimental slob! Actually, I really think I'm getting to the point where I will be able to do that. I just don't want to take care of all of them anymore. And there are so many still in boxes- what good are they there?
@nadaa Thanks Nada! Well the books on these shelves are back in- but most of my cookbooks are still in a box in the shed. We need to paint the dining room before they can return. )o: This project is taking WAY TOO LONG!!
