A Boy, His Bear and a Bunny by olivetreeann

A Boy, His Bear and a Bunny

While we were eating lunch today, Sam looked at me and said, "After lunch we should go in the back yard and take pictures." I never turn down a photo shoot- especially when it is unprompted by my grandson!! So off we went. We found a little bunny who was convinced if he stayed still long enough the little boy with the fuzzy white bear would find something else to do. In the end, the bunny hopped off but before that I captured several shots of Sam attempting to "sneak up on the bunny".

I realize the bunny is a bit hard to since he's in the shadow. Here's a close-up of the little guy:

I didn't notice the rabbit at first. Sam looks so happy and seems to be having fun.

Great capture - I love Sam's expression, and the title for the pic too :)

I didn't notice the bunny at first, either. Love the happy family scene even if it is Sam only. Great shot.

How delightful to have a grandson so much on your wavelength :) He looks like he's enjoying himself very much. Lovely portrait (pity the bunny is so much in the shadow as I also didn't notice him/her at first)

I love his little grin as he's sneaking up. And what a cooperative young man!

When you click on the picture and it comes up in black, one can see the rabbit clearly. handsome grandson and his bear is cute.

Thank you Sally, Alia, Dione, Clare, Taffy, Janice, and Bruni! I appreciated the feed-back on the bunny. Sometimes when you've taken the picture, your eye naturally fills in the blanks. So I've added a link to a close-up, just in case you really want to see how cute the bunny was!

Busy week entertaining Leigh, busy weekend bringing her home and visiting with the rest of the family, busy day trying to figure out what was wrong with our grinder pump, BUT things have finally settled down a bit. I'll be back tomorrow to catch up with you, but please know your views, comments and favs are greatly appreciated!

Very cute shot. Be glad he's still willing to model for you. My youngest has turned the corner now. He doesn't want to be my model any more.

@homeschoolmom Thanks Lisa- he wasn't really modeling in this shot. He was very intent of catching the bunny and I was just following him with the camera!
