Thank you one and all! This is a special mug from my college days given to me by my mother. I use it every morning for my apple cider vinegar tea with honey.
@helenhall Thanks Helen! I started drinking it a while back to help with inflammation from arthritis and also to help with digestion. I've never looked up a list on line but apparently there is much more healthwise that apple cider is beneficial for. I add the local honey in to help with allergies. When I first started I didn't think it was really going to do that much but now, if I miss more than two days, I feel the difference!
