There is an exhibit coming up at the Pennsylvania Center for Photography called "Transformations" and it's all about composite photography. This may be one of my entries- I'm debating on it as I usually do! It's a mixture of a shot from the luncheon the other day (a waiter checking on the buffet table), and a picture of some cattails taken a long time ago with my original "itty-bitty" point and shoot, plus a couple textures and an effect I'll never be able to find again because I forgot to write it down! I liked the dreamy colors and soft effect I accomplished on this one.
I love this one because bulrushes always remind me of my Mum. She used to have a vase of bulrushes on a table in the hallway of her house. They always greeted us every time we visited.
it does cause the eyes to go over and over again - as Clare says, intriguing. It could be where the waitor's mind is going as he is going about his business.
Thank you Marilyn, Marnie, Katy, Babs, Clare, Lou Ann, Helen, Henri and Kerri! I was pleased to see this made the pp- the scale is tipping in favor of submitting it!
