@ludwigsdiana basically it's a tennis ball attached to a pole with a cord, on a solid base and you can either play it with someone else or on your own. When you hit the ball it swings around the pole in a circle and you and your opponent take turns to hit it, so it goes one way when you hit it and the other way when the other player hits it. It's a bit like tennis but you don't lose the ball over the fence to the neighbours garden! It's much easier to play than explain!...and more fun than it sounds! The grandkids love it and it gives me a bit of exercise too, even when they are not there, because I can play solo.
