George loves to have a paddle in a stream or at the edge of a lake. He does not like the sea with the waves and if he runs in by mistake he runs out pretty quickly. The problem comes when he spots a pond - especially a muddy pond. He is not fussy and runs straight into it. Finlay sits and watches knowing George is going to end up in the bath!! Finlay likes to keep his feet dry!!
This is George in the stream at Duckpool in Devon. We love this tiny bay and try to get there at least once when on holiday. A lovely place to take our hot cornish pasties picked up from Bude. The perfect place for a picnic!! Keeping my fingers crossed we will get there in May when we are down in Devon again.
George and Finlay are so funny! I love how George has taken on the role of a sweet naughty boy and Finlay, the sweet wisened one - at least sometimes. Love these boys! lol what a wonderful spot to look forward to soon! It’s good to have something to look forward to!
