Our morning walk through the woods to Pete’s Patch was wonderful in the sunshine and we sat and had our morning coffee there. The Patch is a huge field in which Pete has planted many magnolia trees. Sadly we missed the best of them flowering this year.
This is our second sunny warm day since we have been here and what a treat!
Rain fir adt again tomorrow so I have decided to pack up the car today and try to get on the road early. It is a Bank Holiday weekend here in the YK and the roads are sure to be very busy. Fingers crossed no traffic jams!
