I thought this would be a great flower to try focus stacking - sadly my software is old and won't allow me to do it!! This is one of the last flower heads on the hydrangea bushes. The other flowers have faded now and the garden is already looking wintry!!
I wonder if the same software you use for HDR would work for focus stacking. I got a terrific program called Fusion and they have a free version. Might be worth a try.
