A sad memorial

This is a sad memorial to 11 babies and one mother who died at a local hospital because of poor standards. 11 stars for the babies and the moon for the mother. It was designed by students at a local college.

I like this memorial a lot - fav! So sad that poor care of mums and babies in hospital seems to happen far too frequently.

Very sad indeed. Hopefully they learned from such a tragedy
