This sculpture of a child is made of steel, wire, cogs and linkages, it stand outside Bradford Council's Margret McMillan Tower that houses their children's services department,

@quietpurplehaze Thanks Hazel you could well be right, unfortunately there was no plaque identifying the artist or when it was sighted, looking at it its not been there long:)

I think it looks rather creepy rather than welcoming. Reminds me of a skeleton of Bart Simpson. ha ha.
