Dunnock 4

Found this little Dunnock resting on a wire along a fence line in the sunshine today
Very sweet. I think he is either plump - or old!

@quietpurplehaze Thank you for your comment Hazel he was quite a small little fellow so I think he had fluffed up his feathers to impress me:)

Superbly spotted and captured Peter. The clarity, the focus on the eye is spot on (that's how the Brits state it, correct?)

@stray_shooter Thanks for your great comment Ron you have the saying "bang on" , we have a few sayings that mean very accurate, "Spot on" comes from the game of snooker where once you have potted a red ball you have to pot one of the coloured balls, once potted it ball has to be returned exactly to its spot marked on the table, "Nailed It" and "Bang On" refer to "hitting the nail" with the hammer "spot on" every time, lol:)

@pcoulson Your response "nailed it." I have some strange interest in the origination of certain sayings and phrases, and you have added to my array of stories with that one. Thanks so much!
