My Friday people this week is Ian one of the tree surgeons trimming my neighbours tree a week ago, all I could get out of him was his first name and they were trimming a wild cherry tree.
Wow, he's got more freckles than me.. i knew it for one of your's before scrolling down to find the author.. this is very nicely done Peter, with a great catch-light to enliven the eyes.. did you hand-hold this, at 1/25th sec @ 300 mm??
@jorlam Thank you Jorlam yes to both I'm sorry to say, problem was I had the 300 mm lens on for Sam up the tree, then saw Ian loading up the branches into the shredder unit, I had little time to set up the shot and didn't realise I had not reset the aperture, if you look really close its not as sharp as it could have been:)
@quietpurplehaze Thank you so much Hazel its a surprise to me also don't know how much longer I will be doing them for, I just go on from week to week and the next thing you know its No50, lol:)
@pcoulson i did notice the iris doesn't have the usual clarity of detail..
Peter i have boobed big time.. it isn't evident on site but i am having memory problems.. Numbers are becoming a nightmare, as are dates and times.. money is beginning to be awkward too.. general memory loss seems sporadic at best. on many occasions i've forgotten a word half way through saying it.. anyway - the big mistake.. i was really concerned about not forgetting the cut-off date for the b&w challenge.. So concerned that i became confused of the date and terminated the contest and declared the winner who then set off the new challenge..
i came on site to find many notices of folk voting on the last challenge and checked to see why.. only to find i'd messed up on the dates.. big groan...
i've been confused with my piccies too.. a couple of days ago i realised i was a day behind in posting my Buddha shots so put it right.. this evening i found i had not posted my daily shot for yesterday, even though i had it processed and ready.. so put up two tonight.. a confusing time just now.. but i feel bad about the challenge..
Well Ian just has "tree surgeon" written all over his face. Another complimentary stranger shot Peter. Hard to blame him for not revealing anything other than a first name. When your mug goes up on the internet you never know what some people might do.
@jorlam I think its a getting older thing I'm doing it all the time, although yours is much more difficult to cope with Jorlam, please don't let it get you down we all mess up at times, we are all a happy and tolerant lot willing to help each other in our 365 community, just remember you have my mobile number and email:)
@stray_shooter Thank you for your comments Ron most people ask if they will be on facebook when I explain about 365 project they are OK with it being posted:)
@terryliv Ha Ha Terry all outdoor workers tend to wear high vis cloths over here yellow is now getting rejected in favour of orange as it does not attract the fly's and bugs like yellow:)

Or it might even be 100? I think it's good for thinking on one's feet too!
