Twist & Turns

The natural twists and turn on a Willow tree.
Very unusual and looks like a dancing willow! I am glad I can now see your photos again.

Photographing trees looking skywards never seems to get the result I am after but you have nailed this one Peter.

Awesome Peter.. fabulous PoV, i watched you take the shot, so saw your bodily contortions.. love the trunk becoming the leading line, weeping willows are just so photogenic and you've made the most of that knobbly trunk.. having that little bit of blue lifts this image immensely and with the bits of fluffy cloud it looks what it was, a warm and sunny Spring day.. beautiful

@stray_shooter Thank you so much Ron I was around the university grounds at lunch time students all around some watching me contort my body around the trunk to get the shot, could not hear them laughing but suspect they did, lol:)

@jorlam Thank you Jorlam the shapes we twist are bodies to get the right perspective, one of the student that had just finished their filming asked what I was trying to achieve and was quite interested to see the end result, I only took one shot and I was quite pleased with it, just wish I had taken the infrared camera out of my backpack for the willows along the canal they were magnificent, thanks for showing me around, I will return soon and get some more around the university area:)

Fantastic shot Peter, the tree looks like it's come alive with the twisting and turning... well, I know it's alive but you know what I mean ;)
