I was one of the lucky ticket holders to attend the British round of World Superbikes at Donington Park race cicuit, COVID restriction limiting spectators number to a max of 4,000 per day in an open air venue, considering the race circuit covers over 2,000 acres effecively I had half an acre to my self, a far cry from the Euros football final at Wembley restricted to 40,000 in the stadium,
@onewing Thank you for your comment Babs, Its great to be at the track again my first race meeting since COVID struck, only got an email 8 days before saying tickets were available in limited numbers, they went like hot cakes within hours of the email, btw the weather was awful rained on and of all weekend, no programmes, limited shops and food outlets but plenty of ice cream vans, lol:)
