Looks yummy! Hi Peter,I'm your get- pushed partner for next week and I've just spent some time looking at your lovely varied photos. Your challenge for this week is to take an architectural photograph from either a low or high POV.
Have a good week!
Nice photo. From what I hear there is an entire branch of photography dedicated to food. Rules on pov on light etc etc. have you studied those? I haven't yet. Too many other things to learn, despite the fact that many of my pics are of food, not for artistic purposes but to communicate with family and friends. And what goes directly to one' s heart (and stomach) than food?
@caterina Caterina, yes there is, and no I haven't. I heard on the radio the other day a programme about how chefs are now being trained in how to make food look good for social media. Where will it all end? Now, more importantly, I was rather looking forward to a comment from you about how there is no such dish as bolognese-al-forno, or alternately that I had too much cheese on the top, or it looked more like Lasagne, or even (horror of horrors) it looked more like pastitsio...
Your pasta dish included ragù alla bolognese and lasagne? We don't use cheese on top, except Parmesan and béchamel. But as long as it's good I don"t have objections!
@caterina I used some cheddar in addition to the bechamel and parmesan. And for the pasta I used conchiglioni. It's become a family favourite of the "comfort food" variety. And it does taste good...
