You are probably familiar with these 'spanakopita' - Greek spinach and feta parcels of loveliness, bursting with flavour (even though I do say so myself). Yes folks, these were made this morning by my own fair hand (credit to Rick Stein for this particular recipe, although there are lots of others available of course). We'll be taking them to a get-together later today (a friend is celebrating her 60th birthday) - but clearly I have had to test a few for quality control purposes, as I am sure you will appreciate.
