It's Festive Friday - when it seemed most of the population of the UK were on the motorways in a great getaway for the Christmas break. My weekly Friday commute from Halifax to London was a little tedious, even with Radio 4 and nice music to distract me.
When I (eventually) got home, these cheered me up.
I remember the purple ones. Nanna always used to take a bite and then wrap it up again and put it back in the tin. She could only eat soft centres and the hazelnut was too much for her teeth to cope with. We always knew when Nanna had been around because we saw teeth marks in the ones she rejected. ha ha. @huvesaker
