I am very lucky to work in a hospital, and one of the more pleasant things I get to do is review the weekly menu offer to patients.

@cocobella @lmsa @robz Thanks for the comments. I work in a surgical hospital, and menu planning is surprisingly complex. Most patients in their immediate post-surgery phase want simple comfort food without strong flavours. This can look bland, however, when we get regulatory inspections. So, it is a balancing act!
