Evening canal

Now that we are over "the bleak midwinter", it is just about possible to get some shots after work!

This is the (short) Halifax arm of the Calder & Hebble Navigation, just north of Salterhebble Locks (which have featured here before). It's a nice spot, although unseen over to the left is a sewage works and I believe in the summer the odours can be fairly strong!
