Aubergine and feta kefte

I've had a wonderful afternoon cooking a mezze-style feast to help celebrate my niece's birthday, with her mother visiting from Ireland to join in the celebrations.

These are aubergine and feta kefte - my attempt at the recipe in Yasmin Khan's "Zaitoun" book of Palestinian delights.
