Some of the features of this 1920's home are the original hardwood floors, remodeled master bedroom suite/bath with a balcony overlooking the pool and garden, and completely renovated chef's kitchen.

@happypat Well, Pat, I know of two people in the 'hood who are not millionaires. We live in a space so small we have to go outside to turn around. Don't think we'll be featured on the home tour. :) But we are in a great location and I love living here. Come to Charlotte next September and we'll do the tour together...you can stay in my B&B! :)
