I haven't seen my little friend for quite some time, so I was delighted to see her/him this morning. I'm glad to see it's doing well.
Three Good Things:
1. New interior doorknobs arrived today. We're switching out brass to brushed nickel.
2. Amanda Gorman, the remarkable (US) National Youth Poet Laureate
3. Better late than never...received two Christmas cards in yesterday's mail - one postmarked 12/5 and the other 12/7.
I missed Amanda Gorman as we took Connie home...must catch up with her tomorrow without fail.
This hare, I think, is a beauty. You would be so pleased to see him/her again. I like the sound of new door nobs! I know exactly what mine will look like.
He looks like to is happy to see you as well. Amanda Gorman was absolutely amazing. Her poem was very moving as was her presentation of it. Listened to her today again on the radio, and just as moving without the vision. It was such a well orchestrated inauguration. A good day for a great day.
