Just another day in the life kind of photo. We have to season the Blackstone grill before we use it. I wish the day were cooler for this job. Temperature in the 90s and high humidity makes it an uncomfortable job.
@ludwigsdiana Once the grill is cool it can be scraped with a metal scraper then wiped down with a wet paper towel. Blackstone recommends then coating the grill surface with oil or a non sticking cooking spray. We have yet to cook a meal on it. It needed to be properly seasoned first.
