Can't remember if the old saying is that if the berries are plentiful it's going to be a harsh winter, or whether it's going to be a mild winter; either way, the berries on our Rowan trees are, to put it mildly, plentiful.
My first shot for @vignouse straight out of camera and shot at 50mm (if you look at the exif for this, you'll see it's 52mm (some would say close enough for Government work, but I'll try and get it right today - sorry)
Can't promise to comply every day this month as we're on holiday abroad and being limited to 50mm will mess with what I want to take

Well you will be able to tell us which one it is at the end of winter .. Its the same as the story here is NZ .. If the flowers of the cabbage tree are early it is going to be a dry summer .. but what is early ... lol
