The flower of the clover we think; looks very like the thistle, but it's not prickly and massively attractive to the butterflies zippig around the grounds of Belton House today. Unfortunately, and I'm guessing it was down to the heat, very very rarely did they open up their wings, preferring to keept the closed (as the one in this shot is doing)
