Very nice. I think I would like it even more if the main focus was more on the on the bird than the border of the fountain. But when I saw the photo enlarged, I like it even better and this did not bother me at all. A fav.
@mbrutus I agree, the background out of focus would have been better. Unfortunately, I shot it quickly with my ‘bridge camera’ which doesn’t give that much control and it focussed on what it wanted to focus on (I got many shots before the bird flew off, with it totally out of focus but the foreground in focus). I tend to keep that camera near the kitchen window rather than my DSLR with a large lens. But absolutely get your point.
